      Ingredients: ¾ cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt (e.g. Fage Total 2-5% Plain Greek Yogurt) 1 oz mixed nuts, whole or roughly chopped 1 cup berries OR 1 small fruit, sliced (apple, kiwi, plum) Instructions: Serve yogurt into a bowl. Top with berries or fruit. Sprinkle with mixed nuts and enjoy!
